deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie d&#039;action en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a> Le jeudi 28 octobre, il n&#039;est pas trop tard pour d\u00e9couvrir comment des infrastructures routi\u00e8res plus s\u00fbres contribueront \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le nombre de morts et de bless\u00e9s sur les routes du monde d&#039;ici 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) et les commissions r\u00e9gionales des Nations Unies, en coop\u00e9ration avec des partenaires de la Collaboration des Nations Unies pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et d\u2019autres parties prenantes.<\/p>\n<p>Il d\u00e9crit \u201c quoi faire, comment le faire et qui le faire \u201d pour atteindre l&#039;objectif. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf\">12 objectifs mondiaux de performance en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a>, appelant les gouvernements et les partenaires \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019approche des syst\u00e8mes s\u00fbrs dans la cr\u00e9ation et la mise en \u0153uvre de strat\u00e9gies et de programmes pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, la mobilit\u00e9 durable et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement urbain.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res est un axe majeur du Plan, au m\u00eame titre que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules, le transport multimodal, l&#039;am\u00e9nagement du territoire et les interventions apr\u00e8s un adopt\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/en\/A\/RES\/74\/299\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-sf-ec-immutable=\"\">r\u00e9solution A\/RES\/74\/299<\/a>\u00a0\u201c Am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re mondiale \u201d, proclamant la D\u00e9cennie d\u2019action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030, avec l\u2019objectif ambitieux de pr\u00e9venir au moins 501 000 milliards de morts et de bless\u00e9s dus aux accidents de la route d\u2019ici \u00e0 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Le Plan mondial s&#039;aligne sur\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadsafetysweden.com\/about-the-conference\/stockholm-declaration\/\">D\u00e9claration de Stockholm<\/a>, En soulignant l&#039;importance d&#039;une approche globale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et en appelant \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations continues dans la conception des routes et des v\u00e9hicules, au renforcement de la l\u00e9gislation et de son application, ainsi qu&#039;\u00e0 la mise en place de soins d&#039;urgence rapides et vitaux pour les bless\u00e9s, le Plan mondial refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement la promotion, par la D\u00e9claration de
