Eng. Dr Leonard Madaraka Chamuriho officially launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/2021\/03\/the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-kicks-off-in-tanzania\/\">\u201cTen Step Plan for Safer Road Infrastructure\u201d Project<\/a> in an on-line National workshop on March 16.
