This update will see a few small changes to the way the page looks and works, but under the surface there have been significant improvements.<br \/>The key benefits of these improvements will mean that the page has better mobile support and the foundations will be in place for future development.<\/p>\n<p>The noticeable changes to the way the page looks and works include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The <em>Dataset status<\/em> has been split up into the status of the dataset and its visibility. This is to help users understand each of these roles independently.<br \/><em>Dataset status<\/em> will now have the options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Working<\/em> \u2013 for data that is in the process of creation<\/li>\n<li><em>Draft<\/em> \u2013 for data that is under review<\/li>\n<li><em>Final<\/em> \u2013 for finished data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8211; Dataset visibility<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Private<\/em> \u2013 only those with permission can see it. Working and draft are locked to this visibility.<\/li>\n<li><em>Limited access<\/em> \u2013 users can request access to this data (replaces the <em>final unpublished<\/em> status)<\/li>\n<li><em>Public<\/em> \u2013 all users can see this data (replaces the <em>final published<\/em> status)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; The <em>Dataset description<\/em> has been added to the page. This is to allow users to record the rationale for the dataset and provide users with the context for the results. A future enhancement will see this description accessible on the Results page.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The <em>Dataset type<\/em> has been added to enable users to record what the dataset represents. The options are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Existing \u2013 for data that represent existing roads<\/li>\n<li>Design \u2013 for data that represents how a road could be in the future<\/li>\n<li>Research \u2013 for experimenting with results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8211; Assessment date<\/em> has been added to allow users to record what year and month the assessment represents.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Learning mode text has been moved into the help tool tips so users can benefit from the text as and when they need it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0The different stages on the page will now load as they are opened providing improvements in the speed of operation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Assessment date<\/em> selection:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Assessement-image.jpg\" alt=\"Assessement image\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu&#039;est-ce que ViDA ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ViDA est une plateforme en ligne facile \u00e0 utiliser qui regroupe les r\u00e9sultats d&#039;\u00e9valuations routi\u00e8res portant sur pr\u00e8s d&#039;un million de kilom\u00e8tres de routes dans plus de 100 pays.
