routi\u00e8re mondiale \u201d, proclamant la deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie d\u2019action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030, avec l\u2019objectif ambitieux de r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le nombre brut de morts et de bless\u00e9s dus aux accidents de la route d\u2019ici \u00e0 2030.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le programme iRAP continuera de jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la planification du prochain plan d&#039;action, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Collaboration des Nations Unies pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et de ses partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie d&#039;action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re continuera de renforcer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf\">12 objectifs mondiaux de performance en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a>, y compris <strong>Cible 3<\/strong>Toutes les nouvelles routes devront \u00eatre class\u00e9es 3 \u00e9toiles ou mieux et <strong>Cible 4<\/strong>: &gt;75% de voyages sur l&#039;\u00e9quivalent de 3 \u00e9toiles ou mieux pour tous d&#039;ici 2030.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9solution ent\u00e9rine \u00e9galement le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/ministerial-conference-2020\/en\/\">D\u00e9claration de Stockholm<\/a>, approuv\u00e9e lors de la troisi\u00e8me Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle mondiale sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re tenue en f\u00e9vrier 2020, et encourage les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les politiques visant \u00e0 promouvoir la marche, le v\u00e9lo et l\u2019utilisation des transports publics comme modes de transport intrins\u00e8quement sains et respectueux de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Dans un monde post-pand\u00e9mique, nous devons saisir cette occasion unique pour repenser la mobilit\u00e9 et la rendre s\u00fbre, abordable, accessible et durable \u201d, souligne le Dr Etienne Krug, directeur du D\u00e9partement des d\u00e9terminants sociaux de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019OMS. \u201c La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re est essentielle pour concr\u00e9tiser cette vision. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie d&#039;action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030 offre l&#039;occasion de tirer parti des succ\u00e8s et des enseignements des ann\u00e9es
