{"id":2203,"date":"2020-09-09T01:41:30","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T15:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/sabrina-project-to-improve-safety-for-danube-region-cyclists\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:37:56","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:37:56","slug":"sabrina-project-to-improve-safety-for-danube-region-cyclists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/sabrina-project-to-improve-safety-for-danube-region-cyclists\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet SABRINA pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cyclistes de la r\u00e9gion du Danube"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eira-si.eu\/\"><strong>Institut europ\u00e9en d'\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re \u2013 EuroRAP<\/strong><\/a> <strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9(e) comme partenaire principal pour le nouveau projet du Programme transnational Danube <em>SABRINA - Routes cyclables plus s\u00fbres dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube<\/em>. <\/strong>Jusqu'\u00e0 fin 2022, le projet couvrira des itin\u00e9raires dans 9 pays avec 11 partenaires de projet et 4 partenaires strat\u00e9giques associ\u00e9s. Le projet s'inscrit dans le cadre du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.interreg-danube.eu\/\">Programme transnational Danube (Interreg)<\/a> et est cofinanc\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/research-and-innovation\/funding\/funding-opportunities\/funding-programmes-and-open-calls_en\">Fonds europ\u00e9ens<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/en\/funding\/erdf\/\">ERDF<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euneighbours.eu\/en\/policy\/european-neighbourhood-instrument-eni\">ENI<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>En ces temps de COVID-19, les gens du monde entier se tournent vers le v\u00e9lo comme moyen de transport et de loisir socialement distant. Le r\u00f4le \u00e9mergent du v\u00e9lo rappelle avec force la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'am\u00e9liorer les infrastructures, en les rendant plus s\u00fbres, plus indulgentes, plus durables et plus confortables. L'infrastructure cyclable dans la r\u00e9gion danubienne est en grande partie \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce de d\u00e9veloppement, surtout en dehors des grandes zones urbaines. Compte tenu des avantages du v\u00e9lo pour l'environnement, la multimodalit\u00e9 des transports, le tourisme et la sant\u00e9, l'am\u00e9lioration de l'infrastructure cyclable repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la fois une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement et une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'att\u00e9nuation des risques.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet SABRINA vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures cyclables sur les corridors cyclables existants, pr\u00e9vus et manquants qui traversent la r\u00e9gion du Danube. Environ 5000 km de pistes cyclables seront inspect\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de v\u00e9hicules sp\u00e9cialement \u00e9quip\u00e9s, de logiciels et d'analystes form\u00e9s. Il sensibilisera \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures cyclables et facilitera le transfert des meilleures pratiques et la coop\u00e9ration transnationale par des activit\u00e9s d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet cartographie les risques d'infrastructure sur les itin\u00e9raires EuroVelo existants de la r\u00e9gion du Danube et fournit une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils strat\u00e9gique de prise de d\u00e9cision qui augmentera la capacit\u00e9 des parties prenantes, d\u00e9veloppera les connaissances et la coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux, \u00e9vitant ainsi la cr\u00e9ation d'infrastructures cyclables inefficaces \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce. Outre une cartographie compl\u00e8te des risques sur les itin\u00e9raires cyclables, SABRINA int\u00e9grera deux m\u00e9thodologies d'\u00e9valuation existantes : l'EuroVelo ECS \u2013 European Certification Standard d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.com\/\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne des cyclistes<\/a>, et <a href=\"https:\/\/eurorap.org\/\">EuroRAP<\/a>.
