{"id":12799,"date":"2026-10-09T10:07:41","date_gmt":"2026-10-08T23:07:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=12799"},"modified":"2026-10-09T10:08:52","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T23:08:52","slug":"irap-highlights-the-impact-of-road-assessments-on-investment-planning-at-irf-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/irap-highlights-the-impact-of-road-assessments-on-investment-planning-at-irf-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"iRAP souligne l&#039;impact des \u00e9valuations routi\u00e8res sur la planification des investissements pour une mobilit\u00e9 plus s\u00fbre lors de la conf\u00e9rence r\u00e9gionale IRF Europe et Asie centrale\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class=\"text-editor-block section-pt-none section-pb-sm bg-white\">\n        <div class=\"container\">\n            \n                            <!-- Single Column Layout -->\n                                    <div class=\"anim text-asphalt prose prose-lg text-left\">\n                        <p>iRAP a eu le plaisir de participer \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irf.global\/event\/eca26-tbilisi\/\">Congr\u00e8s et exposition r\u00e9gionaux IRF Europe et Asie centrale<\/a> \u00e0 Tbilissi, en G\u00e9orgie, r\u00e9unissant des dirigeants gouvernementaux, des autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res, des partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement, des experts de l&#039;industrie, des chercheurs et des praticiens afin d&#039;explorer comment des routes r\u00e9silientes, intelligentes et s\u00fbres peuvent stimuler une croissance durable dans toute la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Organis\u00e9 par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration routi\u00e8re internationale (IRF Global), le congr\u00e8s \u00e9tait ax\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me \u201c Connecter l\u2019Europe et l\u2019Asie centrale : des routes r\u00e9silientes, intelligentes et s\u00fbres, moteurs d\u2019une croissance durable \u201d et proposait des discussions sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, la transformation num\u00e9rique, la r\u00e9silience climatique, l\u2019investissement dans les infrastructures, la gestion des actifs et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce programme, iRAP et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration routi\u00e8re internationale ont co-organis\u00e9 la session \u201c Des routes plus s\u00fbres pour une mobilit\u00e9 plus s\u00fbre : de l&#039;\u00e9valuation des risques \u00e0 la planification des investissements \u201d, examinant comment les \u00e9valuations des infrastructures et des risques aident les agences routi\u00e8res en Europe et en Asie centrale \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et \u00e0 prioriser les investissements qui offrent les meilleurs avantages en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux usagers de la route.<\/p>\n<p>Anim\u00e9e par Samar Abouraad, sp\u00e9cialiste mondiale des voyages plus s\u00fbrs chez iRAP, la session a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des expos\u00e9s et des discussions de la part de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr Sudeshna Mitra, sp\u00e9cialiste des transports, Banque mondiale<\/li>\n<li>Dr Evangelos Bellos, chercheur principal \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 technique nationale d&#039;Ath\u00e8nes et conseiller strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 l&#039;EASST<\/li>\n<li>Ekaterine Laliashvili, pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d&#039;administration de la Georgia Alliance for Safe Roads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9gionale et \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes de cas concrets, les intervenants ont expliqu\u00e9 comment les programmes d&#039;\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re sont appliqu\u00e9s aux r\u00e9seaux ruraux et urbains afin d&#039;identifier les risques, d&#039;appuyer la planification des investissements et de contribuer \u00e0 une mobilit\u00e9 plus s\u00fbre.
