El objetivo principal es crear modelos replicables para la gesti\u00f3n integrada de riesgos urbanos en Surat y Bhubaneswar.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto reconoce que los riesgos clim\u00e1ticos y de infraestructura est\u00e1n profundamente interrelacionados. Las superficies viales se degradan por el calor y las inundaciones, y la contaminaci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica se ve agravada por las emisiones del transporte. Por el contrario, una infraestructura insegura o deteriorada aumenta a\u00fan m\u00e1s la exposici\u00f3n a los riesgos clim\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto busca generar una evaluaci\u00f3n integral de los riesgos clim\u00e1ticos y de seguridad vial mediante el mapeo de las superposiciones espaciales entre el riesgo clim\u00e1tico, el riesgo de seguridad vial (mediante la metodolog\u00eda iRAP) y la exposici\u00f3n de la infraestructura, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la red vial de las ciudades y las principales infraestructuras p\u00fablicas.
