{"id":6252,"date":"2026-02-27T06:34:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T19:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:11:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:11:42","slug":"netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list\/","title":{"rendered":"La Estrategia de Seguridad Vial de los Pa\u00edses Bajos para 2030 se une a nuestra lista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Muchas pol\u00edticas nacionales y estatales incluyen la metodolog\u00eda y las herramientas iRAP para carreteras m\u00e1s seguras, y la Estrategia de Seguridad Vial 2030 de los Pa\u00edses Bajos, titulada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kennisnetwerkspv.nl\/getmedia\/ce0099b7-ce77-4ce2-98c8-a7810662ef10\/19-093-RO-SPV-Engels_v2.pdf.aspx\">\u201cPuerta a Puerta Seguridad: Una Visi\u00f3n Conjunta sobre el Enfoque de la Pol\u00edtica de Seguridad Vial\u201d<\/a>, se ha unido a nuestra lista.<\/p>\n<p>La estrategia holandesa pone un fuerte \u00e9nfasis en las mejoras estructurales en la seguridad vial e introduce un enfoque integral basado en el riesgo para abordar las causas subyacentes de las muertes y lesiones graves en el tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>La infraestructura vial segura es una prioridad destacada con la recomendaci\u00f3n de abordar los factores de riesgo clave utilizando una puntuaci\u00f3n de calidad de las carreteras, como la proporci\u00f3n de la longitud de la carretera que cumple con 4 o 5 estrellas de la Puntuaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Vial de iRAP o CycleRAP.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/cyclerap\/\">CycleRAP<\/a>, ahora en uso en 31 pa\u00edses, fue desarrollado con el apoyo del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anwb.nl\/\">Real Club de Turismo Holand\u00e9s (ANWB)<\/a> para evaluar la seguridad de la infraestructura vial y ciclista sin necesidad de datos de accidentes.<\/p>\n<p>La Estrategia 2030 de los Pa\u00edses Bajos no es solo una colecci\u00f3n de medidas, sino un nuevo enfoque de seguridad vial basado en enfoques basados en el riesgo. Un punto de partida para que todas las autoridades p\u00fablicas y socios de la sociedad civil presten una atenci\u00f3n estructural a la seguridad vial en los programas de implementaci\u00f3n nacionales, regionales y locales.<\/p>\n<p>Mirando hacia el futuro, la ambici\u00f3n general es avanzar hacia cero v\u00edctimas en las carreteras para 2050 en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kennisnetwerkspv.nl\/getmedia\/ce0099b7-ce77-4ce2-98c8-a7810662ef10\/19-093-RO-SPV-Engels_v2.pdf.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Descarga la estrategia<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basado en una larga historia de RAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Pa\u00edses Bajos fueron uno de los cuatro pa\u00edses fundadores del programa mundial iRAP y el primero en establecer una pol\u00edtica nacional de 3 estrellas o superior. Las actividades del iRAP, dirigidas por sus socios, ya han evaluado 18 280 km de carreteras y proyectos de dise\u00f1o, lo que ha influido en la seguridad de una inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura viaria de 35 millones de d\u00f3lares estadounidenses. Los Pa\u00edses Bajos son uno de los cinco pa\u00edses europeos que participan en el proyecto \u00abMantenimiento conectado y adaptativo para carreteras urbanas y secundarias m\u00e1s seguras\u00bb (CAMBER) 2025-2027. 157 personas se han beneficiado de la formaci\u00f3n global\/en l\u00ednea de iRAP, junto con 423 personas formadas en eventos impartidos a nivel local. Los socios neerlandeses lideraron la asociaci\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3n de iRAP para desarrollar CycleRAP y SWOV es uno de los 11 Centros de Excelencia de iRAP que contribuyen a dar forma a la norma y las herramientas globales de seguridad de la infraestructura viaria basadas en la evidencia.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/safety-insights-explorer\/\">Explorador de informaci\u00f3n de seguridad de iRAP<\/a>, alcanzar el Objetivo 4 de las Naciones Unidas de que, para 2030, m\u00e1s del 75 % de los desplazamientos de todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en los Pa\u00edses Bajos se realicen por carreteras de 3 estrellas o de mayor calidad permitir\u00eda salvar unas 128 vidas al a\u00f1o y evitar 317 732 muertes y lesiones a lo largo de los 20 a\u00f1os de vida \u00fatil de las medidas viales, con un beneficio econ\u00f3mico de 1 430 millones de d\u00f3lares \u2013 1,30 por cada 1 gastado.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Netherlands-bcsr.jpg\" alt=\"Netherlands bcsr\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many national and state policies include the iRAP methodology and tools for safer roads, and The Netherlands 2030 Road Safety Strategy, titled \u201cDoor to Door Safety: A Joint Vision on the Approach to Road Safety Policy\u201d, has joined our list.
