{"id":6041,"date":"2025-11-30T23:34:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T12:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:08:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:08:28","slug":"ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan de Diez Pasos para una Infraestructura Vial M\u00e1s Segura en Senegal: Informe de Progreso de un A\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En 2025, se lograron avances significativos en la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Diez Pasos para Infraestructura Vial M\u00e1s Segura en Senegal, con una r\u00e1pida ampliaci\u00f3n de capacidades, coordinaci\u00f3n de partes interesadas y el lanzamiento de SnRAP.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Directivo de noviembre de 2025, el equipo, compuesto por Franco Azzato (Coordinador de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Acreditaci\u00f3n de iRAP), Charles Lowan Bonou (formador acreditado por iRAP), Sabri Hamza (iRAP), Nathalie Chiavassa (Safer Journeys Africa-iRAP) y Seynabou Diallo (Ingeniera, IRF), present\u00f3 los resultados de 2025 y las perspectivas para 2026 a las partes interesadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logros Clave en 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desarrollo de capacidades y formaci\u00f3n: Se despleg\u00f3 un ambicioso programa de desarrollo de capacidades y formaci\u00f3n, con 154 participantes inscritos en la plataforma del Plan de Diez Pasos, que ofrece cursos en l\u00ednea de PIARC, IRF y iRAP.<\/li>\n<li>Sesiones de Capacitaci\u00f3n Presencial: Se organizaron tres sesiones presenciales para m\u00e1s de 50 participantes, que cubrieron la capacitaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda de seguridad vial de PIARC, la capacitaci\u00f3n en auditor\u00eda de seguridad vial de IRF y la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre calificaciones de estrellas iRAP y calificaciones de dise\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Certificaci\u00f3n de Auditores de Seguridad Vial: Por primera vez en Senegal, se certificaron auditores de seguridad vial. De los 21 inscritos en la capacitaci\u00f3n de auditores de la IRF, 12 aprobaron el examen con \u00e9xito. Se espera que este hito permita a Senegal realizar auditor\u00edas de seguridad vial para todos los proyectos viales, aprovechando la experiencia local.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecimiento de ANASER y Lanzamiento de SnRAP: La capacidad t\u00e9cnica de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANASER) se fortaleci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n oficial del Programa de Evaluaci\u00f3n Vial de Senegal (SnRAP) en mayo de 2025 y la adquisici\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo para estudios y evaluaciones de carreteras, un paso m\u00e1s hacia el logro de carreteras con calificaci\u00f3n de tres estrellas o superior en Senegal.<\/li>\n<li>Talleres Nacionales: Se llevaron a cabo dos importantes talleres nacionales: el lanzamiento nacional en enero de 2025 y el taller PIARC (TC 3.1) en septiembre de 2025. Estos eventos reunieron a toda la comunidad nacional de carreteras, transporte y seguridad junto con expertos internacionales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mirando hacia 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisando la nueva estrategia nacional de seguridad vial de Senegal.<\/li>\n<li>Preparaci\u00f3n de recomendaciones para la capacitaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de auditores de seguridad vial.<\/li>\n<li>Administrar acreditaciones iRAP.<\/li>\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de evaluaciones pr\u00e1cticas de seguridad vial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Paralelamente, la ANASER est\u00e1 llevando a cabo actividades de fortalecimiento institucional y t\u00e9cnico, como la elaboraci\u00f3n de una Gu\u00eda de Auditor\u00eda de Seguridad Vial con el apoyo del Banco Mundial.<\/p>\n<p>La ONG LASER International, socia de Ten-Step, contin\u00faa sus esfuerzos para mejorar la seguridad en torno a las escuelas y abogar por la aplicaci\u00f3n del l\u00edmite de velocidad de 30 km\/h cerca de las escuelas bajo la iniciativa \u2018Camino Seguro a la Escuela\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de la Juventud 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senegal ser\u00e1 sede de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de la Juventud (YOG) en 2026.
