{"id":5720,"date":"2025-07-02T23:00:05","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T13:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:03:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:03:41","slug":"new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Grupo de Expertos para Informar la Gesti\u00f3n de la Seguridad de Carreteras de Alta Velocidad y Alta Calidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se ha formado un nuevo Grupo de Expertos Internacionales en Carreteras de Alta Velocidad y Alta Calidad para abordar las necesidades y la investigaci\u00f3n en evoluci\u00f3n relacionadas con la seguridad de la infraestructura vial moderna de alta velocidad y para garantizar la eficacia continua de la metodolog\u00eda iRAP para evaluar y fundamentar su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con la r\u00e1pida expansi\u00f3n global de autopistas y autov\u00edas de alto est\u00e1ndar, existe una creciente necesidad de adaptar y refinar las herramientas de evaluaci\u00f3n de la seguridad vial para reflejar las caracter\u00edsticas y riesgos \u00fanicos asociados con los viajes a alta velocidad.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo de Carreteras de Alta Velocidad y Alta Calidad (HS-HQ) re\u00fane a autoridades nacionales de carreteras, instituciones acad\u00e9micas y socios globales en un foro colaborativo, centrado en talleres, dedicado a esta misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una serie de sesiones de expertos, que se desarrollar\u00e1n de abril a septiembre, explorar\u00e1n temas clave relevantes para la seguridad vial de las carreteras HS-HQ, comenzando con la metodolog\u00eda iRAP. Los temas incluyen la velocidad y el riesgo de accidentes, el dise\u00f1o de infraestructura con informaci\u00f3n de ITS y veh\u00edculos conectados, y las estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes, tanto est\u00e1ndar como emergentes. Las sesiones posteriores abordar\u00e1n la seguridad de los veh\u00edculos pesados y los usuarios vulnerables de la v\u00eda. La iniciativa concluye con una s\u00edntesis de los hallazgos y los pr\u00f3ximos pasos a seguir.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examine la aplicaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda iRAP en carreteras HS-HQ;<\/li>\n<li>Identificar \u00e1reas prioritarias que requieren investigaci\u00f3n y recopilaci\u00f3n de evidencia;<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar recomendaciones para el Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Global (GTC) de iRAP para informar sobre actualizaciones metodol\u00f3gicas; y<\/li>\n<li>Aseg\u00farese de que la evaluaci\u00f3n de seguridad, la planificaci\u00f3n de intervenciones y el seguimiento del rendimiento reflejen las realidades operativas y las normas t\u00e9cnicas de estas carreteras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/HSHQ-meeting-outline.png\" alt=\"HSHQ meeting outline\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste grupo representa un paso proactivo hacia adelante en el esfuerzo global por la seguridad vial\u201d, dijo James Bradford, Director T\u00e9cnico Global de iRAP. \u201cAl centrarnos en las condiciones y oportunidades espec\u00edficas de las carreteras de alta velocidad y alta calidad, nuestro objetivo es apoyar la continua evoluci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda y las herramientas de iRAP, informadas por la investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s reciente, la experiencia de la industria y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas.
