Su objetivo es abordar los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s urgentes en materia de seguridad vial y gesti\u00f3n de infraestructuras mediante la integraci\u00f3n de datos en tiempo real con soluciones rentables, intervenciones innovadoras y tecnolog\u00edas digitales.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto pondr\u00e1 a prueba sus m\u00e9todos mediante proyectos piloto en cinco pa\u00edses europeos: Portugal, Grecia, los Pa\u00edses Bajos, Croacia y Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>La densa red de carreteras urbanas y secundarias de Europa, que desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la conexi\u00f3n de las comunidades, es responsable de una proporci\u00f3n significativa de las muertes por accidentes de tr\u00e1fico. Estas carreteras suelen enfrentarse a problemas como la inconsistencia de las normas de dise\u00f1o, la escasa supervisi\u00f3n y las diversas necesidades de los usuarios, incluidos grupos vulnerables como ciclistas, peatones y veh\u00edculos de dos ruedas motorizados.<\/p>\n<p>CAMBER busca abordar estos problemas proporcionando a los gestores de carreteras herramientas y m\u00e9todos para evaluar y mejorar la seguridad vial de manera eficiente y eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto utilizar\u00e1 datos de telem\u00e1tica, sensores de veh\u00edculos, tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y comentarios de los usuarios de la v\u00eda para desarrollar evaluaciones de seguridad en tiempo real. Esta informaci\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a los gestores viales a identificar riesgos y priorizar las tareas de mantenimiento para crear entornos viales m\u00e1s seguros. El proyecto crear\u00e1 gemelos digitales de las redes viales para simular las condiciones y predecir las necesidades de mantenimiento. Estos modelos proporcionar\u00e1n a los gestores viales informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil, mejorando la eficiencia de la planificaci\u00f3n del mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los socios del proyecto CAMBER se reunieron en Zagreb del 3 al 4 de junio para una reuni\u00f3n de consorcio de dos d\u00edas, que result\u00f3 exitosa y productiva.<\/p>\n<p>El primer d\u00eda se centr\u00f3 en las actualizaciones t\u00e9cnicas y metodol\u00f3gicas del Paquete de Trabajo 2, incluyendo los avances logrados, los desaf\u00edos identificados y la planificaci\u00f3n para 2025. Las sesiones del Paquete de Trabajo 3 presentaron los avances en tecnolog\u00edas de sensores y el uso de veh\u00edculos de sondeo para la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos. Asimismo, se destacaron los avances en el modelado de gemelos digitales del Paquete de Trabajo 4, as\u00ed como las estrategias de pruebas piloto y evaluaci\u00f3n del Paquete de Trabajo 5. La jornada concluy\u00f3 con una sesi\u00f3n sobre los planes de comunicaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n del Paquete de Trabajo 6.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo d\u00eda incluy\u00f3 una visita in situ a los socios de CAMBER en el Punto Nacional de Acceso de Croacia, donde se conoci\u00f3 su plataforma para recopilar y compartir datos de tr\u00e1fico y carreteras. El ponente principal fue Slavi\u0161a Babi\u0107, jefe del Departamento de Tr\u00e1fico de Carreteras de Croacia.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso compartido del consorcio con el avance de la seguridad vial mediante el uso de datos en tiempo real y soluciones innovadoras y rentables. Agradecemos especialmente al Instituto Europeo de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Carreteras (EIRA) y a la Facultad de Ciencias del Transporte y el Tr\u00e1fico de la Universidad de Zagreb (FPZ) por su excelente organizaci\u00f3n y acogida, as\u00ed como a todos los socios por su activa participaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los socios se reunieron previamente en enero para el lanzamiento del proyecto en el Laboratorio Nacional de Ingenier\u00eda Civil (LNEC) en Lisboa.
