Un equipo de consultores de <a href=\"https:\/\/dalberg.com\/\">Asesores Dalberg<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardno.com\/\">Cardno<\/a> se comprometieron a evaluar su viabilidad y examinar su potencial en 10 pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, Asia y \u00c1frica. Se evaluaron las oportunidades y los desaf\u00edos de la puesta en marcha en los pa\u00edses, incluso a trav\u00e9s de la identificaci\u00f3n de posibles proyectos piloto. En la segunda fase de trabajo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialfinance.org.uk\/\">Finanzas Sociales<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.impactstrategist.com\/\">Estratega de impacto<\/a> se comprometieron a aportar una perspectiva de inversi\u00f3n de impacto al tema.<\/p>\n<p>Se han dise\u00f1ado una serie de soluciones, que incluyen ocho arquetipos de proyectos de alto impacto, un marco para el dise\u00f1o de proyectos de seguridad vial y cinco posibles estructuras de inversi\u00f3n. Los hallazgos de m\u00e1s de 50 entrevistas con partes interesadas con expertos en seguridad vial, autoridades del sector p\u00fablico, actores del ecosistema, concesionarios, administradores de activos y fondos e inversores de responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) activos en Am\u00e9rica Latina, \u00c1frica subsahariana y el sur de Asia informaron el estudio. .<\/p>\n<p>El presidente del iRAP y secretario del panel de alto nivel de la FIA, Miquel Nadal, dijo: \u201cLa incapacidad del mercado para contabilizar adecuadamente los costes de los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico es una de las principales razones de la falta de inversi\u00f3n del sector p\u00fablico y privado en seguridad vial. El crecimiento de la inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable y el mercado de finanzas sostenibles ofrece una nueva oportunidad para abordar el fracaso y traducir el caso econ\u00f3mico en un caso de negocio invertible que ofrece tanto un impacto que salva vidas como un retorno de la inversi\u00f3n para el capital privado. Reconocer los costos y beneficios de la seguridad vial puede informar mecanismos innovadores para crear y alinear incentivos para la inversi\u00f3n y desbloquear el potencial de ganar-ganar-ganar de carreteras de 3 estrellas o mejores en todo el mundo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan Global para la D\u00e9cada de Acci\u00f3n hasta 2030 hace un llamado a los gobiernos y socios para que desarrollen e implementen planes de acci\u00f3n nacionales y locales para reducir a la mitad las muertes y lesiones viales para 2030 y lograr los 12 objetivos globales de desempe\u00f1o de seguridad vial, de los cuales los objetivos 3 y 4 incluyen garantizar que todos las carreteras nuevas se construyen con un est\u00e1ndar de 3 estrellas o mejor para todos los usuarios de la carretera (Objetivo 3), y m\u00e1s de 751 TP2T de viajes se realizan en el equivalente a carreteras de 3 estrellas o mejor para todos los usuarios de la carretera para 2030 (Objetivo 4). \u201cEl liderazgo del Banco Mundial en este trabajo, junto con las asociaciones establecidas de IFC y iRAP en Brasil demuestran lo que ya es posible.
