Mientras el 2024 se acerca a su fin, estoy incre\u00edblemente orgulloso de reflexionar sobre un a\u00f1o de progreso significativo en nuestra misi\u00f3n de crear un mundo libre de carreteras de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o, iRAP y nuestros socios han logrado resultados extraordinarios en todo el mundo. Desde los proyectos galardonados IAyYo<\/a> y en el Shaanxi<\/a> Proyecto de Demostraci\u00f3n, donde las mejoras en las carreteras han reducido dr\u00e1sticamente las muertes y lesiones, hasta el innovador Informe de Johns Hopkins<\/a> las mejoras en la infraestructura vial y las velocidades m\u00e1s seguras han evitado casi 700.000 muertes y lesiones graves en 74 pa\u00edses desde 2016, el impacto de nuestro trabajo con socios de todo el mundo es claro.<\/p>\n

Hemos lanzado iniciativas vitales como MexiRAP<\/a> y el primer estado-basado BrazilRAP S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a> eliminar carreteras de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n

Con nuestros socios hemos estado implementando y apoyando activamente proyectos en todo el mundo, como el proyecto de Dise\u00f1o de Carreteras Seguras e Inclusivas en Asia Central, el proyecto PHOEBE en Europa, Alianzas P\u00fablico-Privadas (APP) en Am\u00e9rica Latina y proyectos Ai-RAP en Australia.<\/p>\n

El #SaferRoadsPledge<\/a> campa\u00f1a ha galvanizado el apoyo de 60 pa\u00edses para carreteras y movilidad m\u00e1s seguras, mientras que la nueva informaci\u00f3n de los datos<\/a> y nuestro herramienta Star Rating for Designs mejorada<\/a>\u00a0son mejoras basadas en evidencia que empoderan.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n hemos pensado en las futuras generaciones, con la evoluci\u00f3n de nuestra App de participaci\u00f3n juvenil<\/a> y continuos avances en Calificaci\u00f3n por estrellas para escuelas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

De eventos exitosos como nuestras Sesiones Especiales en el Congreso Mundial de la FIRO<\/a>, y la Serie de Eventos Regionales que re\u00fane a los socios de RAP en Bruselas<\/a>, M\u00e9xico y Nairobi<\/a>, a nuestras preparaciones para el pr\u00f3ximo IV Conferencia Ministerial Mundial en Marrakech<\/a>, 2024 ha sido un a\u00f1o de acci\u00f3n, colaboraci\u00f3n y progreso tangible hacia carreteras m\u00e1s seguras para todos.<\/p>\n
