{"id":52154,"date":"2022-02-08T06:35:29","date_gmt":"2022-02-08T06:35:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=52154"},"modified":"2022-08-05T05:36:17","modified_gmt":"2022-08-05T04:36:17","slug":"evaluating-progress-to-achieving-target-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/2022\/02\/evaluating-progress-to-achieving-target-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluaci\u00f3n del progreso hacia el logro de la Meta 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Fondo Mundial para la Seguridad Vial del Banco Mundial (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadsafetyfacility.org\/\">GRSF<\/a>) y International Road Assessment Programme (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irap.org\/\">iRAP<\/a>) han iniciado un proyecto innovador para evaluar el progreso de los pa\u00edses en el logro de la Meta 3 de la ONU: que para 2030, todos <strong>nuevo<\/strong> las carreteras alcanzan est\u00e1ndares t\u00e9cnicos para todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda que tienen en cuenta la seguridad vial, o alcanzan una calificaci\u00f3n de 3 estrellas o superior.<\/p>\n<p>La infraestructura vial segura es un enfoque clave de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.who.int\/media\/docs\/default-source\/documents\/health-topics\/road-traffic-injuries\/global-plan-for-road-safety.pdf?sfvrsn=65cf34c8_27&amp;download=true\">Plan Mundial para el Decenio de Acci\u00f3n para la Seguridad Vial 2021-2030\u00a0<\/a>que insta a todos los gobiernos y asociados a lograr los <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.irap.org\/General\/12_UN_Global_Road_Safety_Targets.pdf\">12 Metas de desempe\u00f1o de seguridad vial mundial de la ONU<\/a> en sus pa\u00edses, de los cuales <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/2018\/04\/targets-3-4-what-they-mean-for-safer-roads-globally\/\">Metas 3 y 4<\/a> se relacionan con la infraestructura vial.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto multifac\u00e9tico de dos a\u00f1os incluir\u00e1 una revisi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 10 proyectos viales prioritarios completados utilizando los datos de evaluaci\u00f3n iRAP existentes y cubriendo el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto desde la planificaci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o, la construcci\u00f3n, la operaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Se realizar\u00e1n estimaciones de calificaci\u00f3n de estrellas y fatalidades de los dise\u00f1os de caminos y caminos construidos utilizando la calificaci\u00f3n de estrellas para dise\u00f1os (<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/star-rating-for-designs\/\">SR4D,<\/a>) herramienta web para comprender su desempe\u00f1o de seguridad contra el internacional <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/3-star-or-better\/\">3 estrellas o mejor<\/a> est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n<p>SR4D es una herramienta gratuita y un programa basado en evidencia de aplicaciones informadas por la Metodolog\u00eda iRAP que permiten la medici\u00f3n simple y objetiva, y la mejora, del nivel de seguridad vial &#039;incorporado&#039; a un dise\u00f1o vial para ocupantes de veh\u00edculos, motociclistas, peatones y ciclistas, antes del inicio de las obras civiles.
