{"id":5189,"date":"2024-11-10T23:53:27","date_gmt":"2024-11-10T12:53:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/phoebe-hosted-joint-workshop-on-pedestrian-safety-with-elaborator\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T14:54:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:54:11","slug":"phoebe-hosted-joint-workshop-on-pedestrian-safety-with-elaborator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/phoebe-hosted-joint-workshop-on-pedestrian-safety-with-elaborator\/","title":{"rendered":"PHOEBE organiz\u00f3 un taller conjunto sobre seguridad peatonal con ELABORATOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Creditos del art\u00edculo e imagen originales: <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/joint-workshop-walk21\/\">Sitio web del Proyecto PHOEBE<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/\">F\u00c9BE<\/a> estuvo presente en Walk21 Portugal el 14 de octubre para un taller sobre \u201cSeguridad peatonal: Evaluaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o\u201d y para cuestionar c\u00f3mo esto podr\u00eda apoyar la adopci\u00f3n de caminatas seguras y accesibles en nuestras ciudades.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>El taller fue impartido por POLIS e iRAP, reuniendo las diferentes herramientas para evaluar la seguridad de la red peatonal y c\u00f3mo el proyecto PHOEBE, financiado por la UE, y\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaborator-project.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ELABORADOR<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0los proyectos buscan ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 construyendo sobre estas herramientas hol\u00edsticas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El taller comenz\u00f3 con una discusi\u00f3n sobre la importancia de establecer un enfoque sistem\u00e1tico para evaluar la seguridad de las redes peatonales a nivel local. Abord\u00f3 varios temas clave, como la necesidad de considerar las capacidades organizativas, las herramientas y los recursos, y las caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas de la infraestructura peatonal. La conversaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 a los diversos profesionales que podr\u00edan participar en la modificaci\u00f3n de estas infraestructuras. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de evaluar el estado actual de la infraestructura y realizar los ajustes necesarios antes de planificar cualquier desarrollo nuevo. Se cubri\u00f3 c\u00f3mo priorizar las intervenciones y utilizar acciones espec\u00edficas y limitadas para establecer est\u00e1ndares y mejorar la calidad general de toda la red.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/IMG_0997-COLLAGE-1024x1024-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tras esta discusi\u00f3n inicial, el taller incluy\u00f3 un ejercicio interactivo donde los participantes compartieron sus necesidades, desaf\u00edos y perspectivas sobre sus contextos. Los problemas clave incluyeron la dificultad de obtener datos precisos y confiables y de comprender los intrincados detalles que rodean las estad\u00edsticas relacionadas con los peatones, incluidos los accidentes y el estado de la infraestructura. Enfatizaron la necesidad de una evaluaci\u00f3n efectiva de las intervenciones y sus impactos, junto con una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara de los comportamientos y la aplicaci\u00f3n de nuevas regulaciones. Otro punto significativo fue la importancia de reducir los l\u00edmites de velocidad y su conexi\u00f3n con el entorno construido. Adem\u00e1s, se centr\u00f3 en la comprensi\u00f3n de las interacciones entre peatones, ciclistas y soluciones emergentes de micromovilidad, particularmente en lo que respecta a sus efectos en la accesibilidad de las personas con discapacidad.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Diferentes contextos presentar\u00e1n estos desaf\u00edos en diversos grados e intensidades, lo que tambi\u00e9n incluir\u00e1 desaf\u00edos y necesidades espec\u00edficas relacionadas con el contexto asociadas a las caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas de las ciudades, as\u00ed como a sus pol\u00edticas, regulaciones y pr\u00e1cticas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>iRAP present\u00f3 sus metodolog\u00edas a nivel mundial, con el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/rap-tools\/infrastructure-ratings\/star-ratings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metodolog\u00eda de calificaci\u00f3n por estrellas<\/a>\u00a0para la evaluaci\u00f3n de impacto vial, la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/safety-insights\/how-safe-are-our-roads\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Explorador de Conocimientos de Seguridad de iRAP<\/a>\u00a0para visualizar los impactos de los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico y el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/cyclerap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CycleRAP<\/a>, y c\u00f3mo pueden apoyar la mejora de la seguridad peatonal. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Las metodolog\u00edas iRAP son una parte integral de los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/phoebe-theory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00c9BE<\/a>, donde se encuentran modelos de demanda, microsimulaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1fico y modelos de comportamiento. Las ambiciones, objetivos, metodolog\u00eda y marco de PHOEBE se presentaron a los participantes para que pudieran comprender y explorar c\u00f3mo el proyecto pretende aportar un enfoque m\u00e1s hol\u00edstico a la predicci\u00f3n de la seguridad din\u00e1mica y la evaluaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica.
