{"id":5121,"date":"2024-11-04T03:15:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-03T16:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/brazilrap-sao-paulo-2030-plan-released\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T14:53:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:53:11","slug":"brazilrap-sao-paulo-2030-plan-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/brazilrap-sao-paulo-2030-plan-released\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan BrazilRAP Sao Paulo 2030 publicado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras el lanzamiento de BrazilRAP S\u00e3o Paulo en mayo, el l\u00edder del programa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.der.sp.gov.br\/\">Departamento de Carreteras (DER-SP)<\/a> ha publicado su Plan 2024-2030, cuyo objetivo es reducir a la mitad el n\u00famero de v\u00edctimas mortales en accidentes de tr\u00e1fico en el estado, con el apoyo de la metodolog\u00eda y las herramientas iRAP para eliminar las carreteras de alto riesgo para todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>El plan tiene como objetivo evaluar el nivel de seguridad de la infraestructura viaria seg\u00fan la metodolog\u00eda iRAP, identificar y dar prioridad a la mejora de los tramos de carretera de alto riesgo clasificados con 1 y 2 estrellas, garantizar que las autopistas nuevas y rehabilitadas alcancen una calificaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de seguridad de 3 estrellas, y desarrollar una plataforma web para supervisar el estado de las carreteras seg\u00fan la metodolog\u00eda iRAP.<\/p>\n<p>El plan consta de cinco etapas, que incluyen la identificaci\u00f3n de riesgos viales, la evaluaci\u00f3n de la seguridad vial para informar la inversi\u00f3n en contramedidas priorizadas y basadas en evidencia para mejorar la seguridad, la implementaci\u00f3n, el monitoreo del desempe\u00f1o y la difusi\u00f3n de resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Mejorar la seguridad vial de los usuarios vulnerables de la v\u00eda y la promoci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n de modos activos de movilidad (caminar y andar en bicicleta) tambi\u00e9n son claves.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan representa el primer manual de seguridad vial producido por el DER-SP y es un hito importante en la evoluci\u00f3n y mejora de la seguridad vial en las autopistas del estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>BrazilRAP S\u00e3o Paulo es la primera alianza de este tipo firmada por un gobierno estatal (tanto en Brasil como en el resto del mundo).
