{"id":4843,"date":"2024-06-25T15:06:29","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T05:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca\/"},"modified":"2024-06-25T15:06:29","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T05:06:29","slug":"irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca\/","title":{"rendered":"El est\u00e1ndar iRAP y el Centro de Control RGA apoyan la seguridad de los peregrinos que viajan a La Meca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Autoridad General de Carreteras (RGA) comenz\u00f3 temprano a prepararse para la temporada del Hajj de este a\u00f1o, encuestando la red vial que conduce a las mezquitas sagradas en La Meca y Medina, y asegurando que el Centro de Control monitoree constantemente la red para garantizar la seguridad de los peregrinos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la temporada del Hajj, el Centro de Control intensifica sus esfuerzos en la Regi\u00f3n de Madinah y se enfoca en obras viales para prepararse para la llegada de peregrinos.<\/p>\n<p>Sus esfuerzos se centran en mejorar la seguridad y el estado de la red viaria de acuerdo con el est\u00e1ndar \u00abiRAP\u00bb de 3 estrellas o superior, as\u00ed como en alcanzar los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos del sector viario, entre los que se incluyen alcanzar una posici\u00f3n destacada en el \u00cdndice de Calidad Vial, reducir las v\u00edctimas mortales en carretera a menos de cinco casos por cada 100 000 habitantes, y mantener unos servicios excelentes y la plena capacidad de la red.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o se asegur\u00f3 de que se cumplieran las normas de seguridad y calidad raspando y reasfaltando ciertas \u00e1reas, perfilando los arcenes de las carreteras y comprobando que las barreras, las se\u00f1ales y las se\u00f1ales de advertencia estuvieran en buen estado.<\/p>\n<p>El Centro de Control colabora con el Centro Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda para supervisar las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas; supervisa las desviaciones de tr\u00e1fico y las obras en carreteras, e informa sobre accidentes.
