Beta)<\/a>\u2018El desarrollo ha destacado a los usuarios vulnerables de la v\u00eda como la piedra angular de entornos urbanos seguros, numerosas barreras para evaluar adecuadamente su seguridad y la importancia de los datos.<\/p>\n<p>financiado por la UE <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/\">\u2018Proyecto \u2019Enfoques Predictivos para un Entorno Urbano M\u00e1s Seguro\u2019 (PHOEBE)<\/a> tiene como objetivo mejorar la seguridad vial de los usuarios vulnerables de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica (UVVP), especialmente de aquellos que utilizan la movilidad activa y los patinetes el\u00e9ctricos. Se basa en los puntos fuertes de las herramientas de evaluaci\u00f3n de la seguridad vial de iRAP y en la simulaci\u00f3n y la inteligencia artificial de AIMSUN para ofrecer herramientas de predicci\u00f3n de la seguridad armonizadas, integradas y l\u00edderes a nivel mundial que tengan en cuenta el g\u00e9nero, la edad y los niveles de capacidad a la hora de planificar la movilidad del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>El informe Beta es un entregable provisional que explora la etapa actual del desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico. Captura la preparaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de los modelos mejorados, los entornos de simulaci\u00f3n y los materiales de apoyo al usuario listos para ser probados en los tres sitios piloto PHOEBE de Atenas, Valencia y West Midlands.<\/p>\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente, se incluye la preparaci\u00f3n de varios aspectos para su integraci\u00f3n en el entorno de simulaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1fico AIMSUN, entre los que se encuentran:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modelos de cambio de modo y demanda inducida para facilitar salidas din\u00e1micas, reflejando las fluctuaciones en el flujo y la velocidad del tr\u00e1fico.<\/li>\n<li>Modelos de comportamiento humano para mejorar la comprensi\u00f3n de las interacciones y procesos de toma de decisiones del usuario.<\/li>\n<li>Mejoras en el modelo de evaluaci\u00f3n de seguridad vial, incluida la segmentaci\u00f3n de datos refinada y calificaciones de riesgo din\u00e1micas basadas en la velocidad y los flujos variables.<\/li>\n<li>Actualizaciones al\u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimsun.com\/aimsun-next-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AIMSUN Next<\/a>\u2019entorno de simulaci\u00f3n, destinado a mejorar la precisi\u00f3n y el realismo de la simulaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Procedimientos y estrategias de integraci\u00f3n para representar cambios de comportamiento y demanda inducida en escenarios de simulaci\u00f3n, destacando el compromiso del proyecto para abordar los complejos desaf\u00edos de la movilidad urbana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En medio de estos avances, han surgido dos lecciones cr\u00edticas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los Usuarios Vulnerables de la V\u00eda P\u00fablica (UVVP) Siguen Siendo Centrales para la Seguridad Urbana:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 firmemente establecido que los VRU constituyen la piedra angular de la seguridad en entornos urbanos. Sin embargo, el equipo del proyecto PHOEBE se ha encontrado con numerosas barreras para evaluar adecuadamente su seguridad. Estos obst\u00e1culos van desde la ausencia de datos dedicados y la necesidad de mejorar los modelos para estos usuarios hasta la falta de estudios en campos espec\u00edficos. Todav\u00eda hay mucho por desarrollar en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad de los VRU. El papel de PHOEBE es abordar las lagunas en el alcance del proyecto y destacar otras para la comunidad de seguridad vial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los datos emergen como un pilar fundamental:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los datos son la columna vertebral del proyecto PHOEBE, impulsando tanto el desarrollo del modelo como los procesos de calibraci\u00f3n\/validaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, navegar por las complejidades de los datos, incluido el acceso, el cumplimiento y el procesamiento, plantea desaf\u00edos significativos.
