Los temas clave de debate fueron el desarrollo de un tipo de colisi\u00f3n por alcance para el modelo de clasificaci\u00f3n por estrellas iRAP y la comprensi\u00f3n del rendimiento en carreteras de alta velocidad y alta categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El GTC reporta directamente a la Junta Directiva de iRAP y est\u00e1 compuesto por expertos de las principales agencias de investigaci\u00f3n y seguridad vial del mundo, entre las que se incluyen el Instituto Mexicano del Transporte, ARRB NTRO (Australia), Beijing Zhongjiaohuaan Technology (China), el Instituto Malasio de Investigaci\u00f3n sobre Seguridad Vial (MIROS), TRL (Reino Unido), el Instituto SWOV para la Investigaci\u00f3n sobre Seguridad Vial (Pa\u00edses Bajos), Global Road Safety Facility (GRSF), Labtrans (Brasil), la Universidad Nacional de Se\u00fal (Corea), la Universidad Chulalongkorn (Tailandia) y la Universidad Estatal de Iowa (EE. UU.).<\/p>\n<p>El director t\u00e9cnico global de iRAP, James Bradford, dijo: \u201cEl GTC es importante porque proporciona la gobernanza de los protocolos iRAP, asegurando que sean s\u00f3lidos, tengan una base cient\u00edfica y sean adecuados para su prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa reuni\u00f3n fue realmente beneficiosa porque proporcion\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n profunda de la intensa investigaci\u00f3n que TRL est\u00e1 llevando a cabo para comprender la relaci\u00f3n entre los choques por alcance y la infraestructura vial. Este trabajo que National Highways in England ha apoyado es importante para el desarrollo continuo de los Protocolos iRAP y <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/rap-tools\/\">Herramientas<\/a>,\u2014dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. John Fletcher, responsable de la pr\u00e1ctica de seguridad internacional en TRL, dijo:\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trl.co.uk\/\">TRL<\/a> ha estado evaluando el funcionamiento del <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/rap-tools\/infrastructure-ratings\/star-ratings\/\">Calificaci\u00f3n por estrellas <\/a>modelos y protocolos en detalle. Los resultados y las conclusiones se han transmitido al GTC para beneficiar a la comunidad iRAP en general y al rendimiento del modelo. Esto ha sido posible gracias al apoyo de <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalhighways.co.uk\/\">Carreteras nacionales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTRL tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 ampliando el alcance del modelo de calificaci\u00f3n por estrellas mediante el desarrollo de un m\u00f3dulo de accidentes por colisi\u00f3n trasera. Las contramedidas pertinentes est\u00e1n relacionadas con los sistemas de transporte inteligentes (sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de velocidad variable y protecci\u00f3n de colas) en lugar de la ingenier\u00eda cl\u00e1sica, lo que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 ampliando significativamente el modelo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas relaciones entre el nuevo modelo y los patrones de siniestralidad han resultado ser \u2018complejas\u2019, es decir, no del todo como se esperaba, pero los an\u00e1lisis exhaustivos de las interrelaciones est\u00e1n proporcionando informaci\u00f3n muy valiosa para el desarrollo; estos resultados tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n de gran ayuda para la Iniciativa de Carreteras de Alta Velocidad y Alta Calidad\u201d, dijo el Dr. Fletcher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesarrollar una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda del rendimiento de las carreteras de alta velocidad y alta clase es un desaf\u00edo\u201d, dijo el Sr. Bradford, \u201cy har\u00e1 que iRAP forme un <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/innovation\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n iRAP<\/a> para ampliar el conocimiento en esta \u00e1rea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zach Hans, director del Centro para el An\u00e1lisis del Impacto del Clima en la Movilidad y la Seguridad, e investigador principal de la Universidad Estatal de Iowa, fue recibido en el GTC.
