{"id":4554,"date":"2024-02-13T01:00:30","date_gmt":"2024-02-12T14:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/road-design-standards-under-spotlight-in-carec-countries\/"},"modified":"2024-02-13T01:00:30","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T14:00:30","slug":"road-design-standards-under-spotlight-in-carec-countries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/road-design-standards-under-spotlight-in-carec-countries\/","title":{"rendered":"Est\u00e1ndares de dise\u00f1o de carreteras en el punto de mira en los pa\u00edses de la CAREC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Normas mejoradas de dise\u00f1o de carreteras para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carecprogram.org\/\">Cooperaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Regional de Asia Central (CEERAC)<\/a> pa\u00edses, y en particular los pa\u00edses piloto de Kirguist\u00e1n, Tayikist\u00e1n y Uzbekist\u00e1n, es un objetivo urgente de un nuevo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unescap.org\/\">Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Social de las Naciones Unidas para Asia y el Pac\u00edfico (CESPAP)<\/a> proyecto liderado por iRAP, apoyado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/easst.net\/\">Alianza Oriental para el Transporte Seguro y Sostenible (EASST)<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.ch\/\">Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Carreteras (IRF)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Se calcula que los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico suponen un coste de m\u00e1s de 1,43 billones de d\u00f3lares al a\u00f1o para los 11 pa\u00edses del CAREC, y se cobran miles de vidas y causan miles de heridos cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Los est\u00e1ndares de dise\u00f1o de carreteras son fundamentales para construir y mejorar carreteras de forma segura y garantizar la gesti\u00f3n adecuada de las velocidades.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, que est\u00e1 siendo financiado por el <a href=\"https:\/\/roadsafetyfund.un.org\/\">Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Seguridad Vial (UNRSF)<\/a>, adoptar\u00e1 un enfoque colaborativo, centr\u00e1ndose en los tres pa\u00edses piloto que utilizan las normas de dise\u00f1o GOST-SNiP, para garantizar que sean coherentes con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas utilizadas en otras regiones, y la provisi\u00f3n de corredores viales seguros a trav\u00e9s de las fronteras.<\/p>\n<p>El Director de Proyectos Globales de iRAP, el Sr. Julio Urzua, dijo: \u201cLas carreteras deben dise\u00f1arse seguras desde el principio, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda, en particular de los m\u00e1s vulnerables\".<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste proyecto es de vital importancia para garantizar la seguridad de las importantes inversiones que se est\u00e1n realizando en la regi\u00f3n. Complementar\u00e1 la entrega segura de proyectos de infraestructura por parte del Banco Asi\u00e1tico de Desarrollo (BAD), el Banco Europeo de Reconstrucci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (BERD) y el Banco Europeo de Inversiones (BEI); todos invirtiendo para apoyar viajes m\u00e1s seguros en la regi\u00f3n\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>UNESCAP ser\u00e1 responsable del proyecto de 18 meses liderado por iRAP, con EASST desempe\u00f1ando un papel t\u00e9cnico principal y IRF desempe\u00f1ando un papel t\u00e9cnico y de desarrollo de capacidades de apoyo, como Socios Implementadores.
