Desarrollar mejores requisitos para el material de grava triturada para el control antideslizante. Los da\u00f1os causados por las gravillas a los faros, parabrisas, techos solares de cristal y pintura ocurren durante toda la temporada de invierno, con una frecuencia extremadamente alta durante el paso del invierno a la primavera, en marzo y abril.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vez m\u00e1s automovilistas circulan con neum\u00e1ticos de invierno sin clavos que pulen la superficie de la carretera dej\u00e1ndola brillante y resbaladiza, lo que, junto con el cambio clim\u00e1tico, ha provocado que las condiciones resbaladizas de la carretera ocurran con m\u00e1s frecuencia y, por lo tanto, un mayor uso de sal. Los neum\u00e1ticos de invierno sin clavos tienen un dibujo profundo y est\u00e1n hechos de compuestos de caucho especialmente blandos, lo que significa que la arena gruesa y la gravilla se adhieren m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente al dibujo del neum\u00e1tico y son lanzadas a otros coches. La ca\u00edda de rocas es particularmente com\u00fan al adelantar y al incorporarse a carriles de aceleraci\u00f3n. Las virutas de piedra son m\u00e1s comunes en carreteras que son antideslizantes mec\u00e1nicamente mediante arena, pero tambi\u00e9n ocurren en carreteras m\u00e1s grandes que se salan pero donde el pavimento de asfalto es de calidad inferior. En el pasado, la prevenci\u00f3n de resbalones se realizaba con arena natural sin triturar y, por lo tanto, barata, con sus granos perfectamente redondos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras decisiones pol\u00edticas, las canteras de arena natural y las canteras de grava natural han sido reemplazadas por canteras de roca, de menor n\u00famero y mayor tama\u00f1o. Esto ha aumentado considerablemente el trabajo de transporte, ambientalmente oneroso, para la arena de invierno. El control antideslizante se realiza ahora con diferentes tipos de machacadoras de roca bajo nombres como gravilla, macad\u00e1n fino, gravilla triturada gruesa y antideslizante. Estos \u201cgranos de arena de invierno\u201d son m\u00e1s o menos escamosos, y su forma puede hacer que el material sea bastante afilado, con un mayor riesgo de impactos de piedras y otros da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, desafortunadamente, solo se suelen exigir estos tres requisitos a la arena de invierno para antideslizante:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tama\u00f1o de grano m\u00e1s grande aproximadamente 6 mil\u00edmetros (sin embargo, medido en el lado m\u00e1s corto de los granos; los granos astillados pueden ser significativamente m\u00e1s largos).<\/li>\n<li>Producto m\u00e1s barato incluyendo entrega en los dep\u00f3sitos de operaciones de carretera.<\/li>\n<li>El material no debe aglutinarse de forma que cause obstrucciones en los esparcidores de arena.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La forma m\u00e1s efectiva de reducir el da\u00f1o por deslizamiento de rocas ser\u00eda volver a permitir la prevenci\u00f3n de deslizamientos con arena natural. En ausencia de arena natural, queda por establecer mejores requisitos para la arena de invierno procedente de piedra triturada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Para crear un control antideslizante econ\u00f3mico, ambiental y sostenible, se necesitan los siguientes tipos de requisitos para la arena antideslizante de invierno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n del riesgo de astillado gracias a la limitaci\u00f3n sensata del astillado de los granos.<\/li>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n de polvo de carretera no saludable mediante requisitos de resistencia del grano a ser triturado bajo las ruedas direccionales de autobuses urbanos fuertemente cargados y giratorios.<\/li>\n<li>Se redujo la cantidad de polvo de carretera nocivo al exigir que el material de tama\u00f1o inferior a aproximadamente un mil\u00edmetro sea tamizado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es decir, materiales como el humus de afloramientos rocosos, la arcilla y el limo procedentes del relleno de grietas en la masa rocosa, as\u00ed como la arena fina triturada, deben ser tamizados. Dicho material tamizado puede mezclarse ventajosamente en productos para caminos de gravilla, donde la uni\u00f3n con los productos de gravilla puede crear beneficios. Dicho material antideslizante se clasifica seg\u00fan la norma SS-EN ISO 14688-1 como una mezcla de arena gruesa triturada y macad\u00e1n fino, con tama\u00f1os de grano entre uno y seis mil\u00edmetros (especificado como granulometr\u00eda 1\/6 mm). Alternativamente, solo se utiliza macad\u00e1n fino de granulometr\u00eda 2\/6 mm. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser oportuno exigir la curva de distribuci\u00f3n granulom\u00e9trica.
