Nuestra visi\u00f3n es que las Autopistas Croatas sean reconocidas como un ejemplo de atenci\u00f3n y responsabilidad hacia los usuarios, la comunidad, los empleados y el medio ambiente, as\u00ed como un modelo de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de seguridad vial y calidad vial en Croacia y la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 decidieron asociarse con EuroRAP? \u00bfQu\u00e9 les ofrece EuroRAP?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Durante m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os, Croatian Motorways ha seguido de cerca el trabajo de EuroRAP, que en Croacia tuvo sus inicios gracias a las actividades del Club Automovil\u00edstico Croata y la Facultad de Ciencias del Transporte y el Tr\u00e1fico de la Universidad de Zagreb. En estos 10 a\u00f1os, el enfoque para aumentar la seguridad vial en Croacia ha cambiado dr\u00e1sticamente, de modo que podemos afirmar que la infraestructura vial, como uno de los tres factores b\u00e1sicos de la seguridad vial, ha adquirido mayor relevancia. Croatian Motorways ha reconocido esta tendencia mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n con la Facultad de Ciencias del Transporte y el Tr\u00e1fico y, adem\u00e1s de participar en el proyecto CEF SLAIN, colabora en diversos proyectos que utilizan los protocolos de EuroRAP en cierta medida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00bfPodr\u00eda hablarnos de sus principales logros en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad vial en Croacia?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00bfDebido a su colaboraci\u00f3n con EuroRAP?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>La red de autopistas gestionada por la Autoridad de Autopistas de Croacia es la m\u00e1s segura del pa\u00eds. Esto se debe principalmente al esfuerzo constante de los departamentos de dicha autoridad, que trabajan continuamente en la aplicaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s recientes. En este sentido, la participaci\u00f3n de EuroRAP en diversas actividades educativas y proyectos internacionales es fundamental, ya que contribuye a sensibilizar sobre el impacto de la infraestructura vial en los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico y sus consecuencias. Esto se aplica especialmente al enfoque conservador de la seguridad vial, que parte de la premisa de que los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico se producen por errores humanos y que sus consecuencias son inevitables. Hoy contamos con indicadores precisos, an\u00e1lisis y estudios que demuestran que existen otras causas de accidentes de tr\u00e1fico, y en este sentido, el papel de EuroRAP es fundamental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u00bfQu\u00e9 les aconsejar\u00eda a otras autoridades viales al evaluar la seguridad de la infraestructura vial?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Uno de los mensajes clave es que la evaluaci\u00f3n independiente de la seguridad vial debe percibirse como una oportunidad de mejora, no como algo negativo. La inversi\u00f3n en seguridad vial, al igual que todas las dem\u00e1s inversiones con impacto social positivo, debe cuantificarse y contextualizarse.
