Reservados todos los derechos) .<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto de Seguridad Vial (IOAS) \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d present\u00f3 en el Ministerio de Infraestructuras y Transportes las propuestas para la seguridad vial y la elaboraci\u00f3n de mapas de riesgo de la red vial transeuropea del pa\u00eds. Los mapas presentados corresponden al proyecto SLAIN (Saving Lives Assessing and Improving TEN-T Road Network Safety), elaborado por el Instituto de Seguridad Vial \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d en colaboraci\u00f3n con la organizaci\u00f3n internacional EuroRAP y socios de Italia, Espa\u00f1a y Croacia, y cofinanciado por la Comunidad Europea a trav\u00e9s del Programa CEF (Connecting Europe Facility 2014-2020), con el consentimiento del Ministerio de Infraestructuras y Transportes.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del proyecto es la seguridad vial y, como resultado (entre otros), la creaci\u00f3n de un mapa de clasificaci\u00f3n de riesgos de la red vial transeuropea de Grecia. Esta acci\u00f3n es compatible con la Directiva 2008\/96 del Parlamento Europeo (que se ha incorporado a la legislaci\u00f3n griega mediante el Decreto Presidencial 104\/2011 (Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno 237\/A\/7-11-2011)), as\u00ed como con la revisi\u00f3n del Reglamento 2019\/1936\/CE, en el que se prev\u00e9 la evaluaci\u00f3n de la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n de los mapas de riesgo y el c\u00e1lculo de los indicadores relevantes se llev\u00f3 a cabo seg\u00fan la metodolog\u00eda internacional EuroRAP y se refiere a la Red de Carreteras Transeuropea del per\u00edodo 2015-2018 con los datos correspondientes disponibles. Esta metodolog\u00eda es totalmente compatible y aceptada por la nueva Directiva Europea y otras organizaciones internacionales (OMS, Banco Mundial). Esto permite una comparaci\u00f3n directa entre diferentes pa\u00edses, ya que la misma metodolog\u00eda se aplica internacionalmente, en m\u00e1s de 100 pa\u00edses hasta la fecha. Los dos mapas creados en el marco del proyecto SLAIN se refieren a la densidad de eventos y al \u00edndice de riesgo, que constituyen el nivel de riesgo colectivo e individual de los usuarios de la carretera, respectivamente. Amarillo-verde, desde el nivel de peligro m\u00e1s alto al m\u00e1s bajo. La comparaci\u00f3n de los datos de los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico del per\u00edodo de 4 a\u00f1os considerado concluye el resultado positivo de la mejora de la seguridad vial. Una vez m\u00e1s, se destaca el papel crucial que desempe\u00f1a la red de autopistas en Grecia en la reducci\u00f3n de los indicadores de riesgo: el porcentaje de carreteras de bajo riesgo ha mejorado de 12% a 87% del total de la red transeuropea.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta del Instituto, la Sra. Vasiliki Danelli-Mylonas, y los ejecutivos de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/i.o.as\/\">IOAS<\/a>. \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d entreg\u00f3 los mapas de riesgos al Ministerio de Infraestructuras y Transportes, y Grecia document\u00f3 ante las instituciones europeas el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Tal como lo expres\u00f3 el Viceministro de Infraestructura y Transporte, Giannis Kefalogiannis, \u201cla seguridad vial es una prioridad absoluta para el gobierno actual. En el Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transporte, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Costas Karamanlis, buscamos adoptar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas internacionales para contar con las herramientas adecuadas para la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas, en cooperaci\u00f3n con los organismos que contribuyen a este esfuerzo\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>El Secretario General de Infraestructura, George Karagiannis, al recibir los mapas, agradeci\u00f3 al Presidente del Instituto de Seguridad Vial (RSI) \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d por la entrega de los mismos y expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n \u201cpor el trabajo realizado por los departamentos pertinentes y los colaboradores del Ministerio, en un tema particularmente importante para la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de las infraestructuras del pa\u00eds y para la priorizaci\u00f3n de las intervenciones en materia de seguridad vial\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Sra. Danelli-Mylonas, \u201cConsideramos de gran importancia el inter\u00e9s del Ministro de Infraestructura y Transporte, Sr. Costas Karamanlis, en los temas de Seguridad Vial, as\u00ed como del Viceministro, Sr. Ioannis Kefalogiannis, el Secretario General de Infraestructura, Sr. Georgios Karagiannis y los funcionarios del Ministerio que participaron en las discusiones. Nuestra cooperaci\u00f3n constructiva con la Organizaci\u00f3n EuroRAP, de la cual es miembro activo,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/i.o.as\/\">IOAS<\/a>. El proyecto \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d, que se lleva a cabo desde 2010, junto con socios de otros pa\u00edses europeos y el pleno apoyo del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transportes en el marco del programa SLAIN, es fundamental.
