{"id":3677,"date":"2023-01-19T08:01:18","date_gmt":"2023-01-18T21:01:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:40:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:40:09","slug":"21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released\/","title":{"rendered":"21 a\u00f1os de seguimiento del rendimiento: publicados los \u00faltimos resultados del Mapa de Riesgos de Catalu\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/saladeprensa.racc.es\/\">Real Autom\u00f3vil Club de Catalu\u00f1a (RACC)<\/a> ha presentado la 21\u00aa edici\u00f3n de su estudio anual de evaluaci\u00f3n de carreteras, analizando por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, la tasa de accidentalidad en la red viaria catalana de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>El seguimiento anual del rendimiento se lleva a cabo en Catalu\u00f1a desde 2002. En esta edici\u00f3n, se han analizado 6.373 km de carreteras interurbanas propiedad del Estado, del sector privado y de los ayuntamientos, lo que representa el 92% de la movilidad viaria en Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n ha encontrado que con la recuperaci\u00f3n de la movilidad, aumenta el n\u00famero de fallecidos y heridos graves, aunque sin regresar a los niveles prepand\u00e9micos.<\/p>\n<p>El RACC y otros clubes europeos miembros de la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional del Autom\u00f3vil (FIA) utilizan el<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/methodology\/\"> metodolog\u00eda iRAP<\/a> dentro de la <a href=\"https:\/\/eurorap.org\">Programa Europeo de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Carreteras<\/a> analizar el riesgo de accidentes en las carreteras con el objetivo de mejorar la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n<p>La metodolog\u00eda compara el n\u00famero de siniestros graves y fallecidos ocurridos en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os en un tramo de carretera con el volumen de veh\u00edculos que circulan por \u00e9l (en t\u00e9rminos de intensidad media diaria, IMD).<\/p>\n<p>Llevada a cabo con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Servei Catal\u00e0 de Tr\u00e0nsit, el Departament de Territori de la Generalitat de Catalunya y la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, la evaluaci\u00f3n encontr\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hallazgos clave y conclusiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En Catalu\u00f1a, la gravedad de los siniestros se ha reducido en las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas en t\u00e9rminos de fallecidos, que en el a\u00f1o 2000 rozaban los 700 y en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o registrado se situaron en 157.<\/li>\n<li>La Uni\u00f3n Europea se ha fijado el objetivo de reducir a la mitad el n\u00famero de v\u00edctimas mortales para 2030 en comparaci\u00f3n con 2020. En los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, las muertes en la red viaria catalana se han reducido en m\u00e1s de un 50%: en 2010, 266 personas fallecieron en accidentes de tr\u00e1fico, mientras que en 2020 se registraron 123 v\u00edctimas mortales, seg\u00fan datos del Servei Catal\u00e0 de Tr\u00e0nsit. Este \u00e9xito ha sido solo aparente, ya que es consecuencia de la reducci\u00f3n de la movilidad debida a la pandemia de COVID-19. Cuando la movilidad se ha recuperado, el n\u00famero de v\u00edctimas mortales ha vuelto a aumentar, aunque sin alcanzar los niveles de 2019.<\/li>\n<li>En la red analizada (que representa el 53% de la red total y el 92% de la movilidad viaria en Catalu\u00f1a), se producen 75% de accidentes con v\u00edctimas mortales y heridos graves en las carreteras.<\/li>\n<li>En el trienio 2019-2021, los accidentes graves y mortales han disminuido en un 8,7%. La movilidad vial global ha disminuido un 3,01 TP8T. Estas variaciones reflejan los efectos de la COVID-19 en 2020 y a principios de 2021 y han provocado que el riesgo haya disminuido un 6,11 TP8T en el conjunto de la red analizada.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLos kil\u00f3metros de riesgo \u201dalto\u201c y \u201dmuy alto\u201c representan el 25% de la red, cuatro puntos porcentuales menos que en el trienio anterior. En Barcelona, el n\u00famero de kil\u00f3metros con riesgo \u201dalto\u201c y \u201dmuy alto\u201c aument\u00f3 en 2 puntos; en Girona, disminuy\u00f3 en 9 puntos porcentuales; en Lleida, en 6, y en Tarragona, en 5. Tarragona sigue siendo la demarcaci\u00f3n con el porcentaje m\u00e1s bajo de kil\u00f3metros de riesgo \u201dalto\u201c y \u201dmuy alto\u00bb (20%) y Lleida la que cuenta con m\u00e1s kil\u00f3metros de riesgo alto (28%).<\/li>\n<li>Las carreteras convencionales de calzada \u00fanica (con un solo carril por sentido) acumulan casi la totalidad de los tramos con riesgo \u201cmuy alto\u201d, \u201calto\u201d y \u201cmedio\u201d. Por el contrario, en las v\u00edas desdobladas (autov\u00edas y autopistas) la pr\u00e1ctica totalidad de los tramos son de riesgo \u201cbajo\u201d o \u201cmuy bajo\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>El riesgo de sufrir un accidente grave o mortal en una carretera no dividida es 4 veces mayor que en una carretera dividida.<\/li>\n<li>La carretera BP-1417 (L\u2019Arrabassada) vuelve a ser el tramo con el \u00edndice de peligro m\u00e1s alto de Catalu\u00f1a, debido a la elevada tasa de accidentes de motocicleta. En 88% de accidentes con v\u00edctimas mortales y heridos graves, al menos una motocicleta resulta implicada.<\/li>\n<li>Este a\u00f1o, 608 km presentan un riesgo igual a cero. Por lo tanto, en el 9,51 TP8T de la red analizada no se han producido accidentes mortales ni graves en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Por s\u00e9ptimo a\u00f1o consecutivo, el tramo que acumula m\u00e1s accidentes graves por kil\u00f3metro (sin tener en cuenta el tr\u00e1fico que pasa) se encuentra en la C-58 entre Barcelona y Cerdanyola.<\/li>\n<li>La red se divide en 428 tramos objeto de estudio. En los 10 tramos con mayor n\u00famero de accidentes, se registra una cifra muy elevada de accidentes de motocicletas y ciclomotores: de media, 79% de los accidentes con v\u00edctimas mortales y heridos graves involucraron a una motocicleta o un ciclomotor.
