In 2021, as part of the International Women in Engineering Day (Wednesday 23 June), we celebrated two initiatives from iRAP that would benefit and encourage women to be part of our #RAPcommunity, including:  ocelebrating women making a difference in road safety as part of the International Women in Engineering Day campaign. https:\/\/irap.org\/international-women-in-engineering-day-recognising-engineeringheroes-in-road-safety\/   oselecting 20 women to take our Star Rating Essentials and Star Rating for Designs courses for free. https:\/\/irap.org\/2021\/08\/congratulations-to-all-our-successful-candidates-for-irap-women-in-engineering-training-grants\/   We had an overwhelming response to this campaign. With 193 applicants, we awarded 31 grants in 2021 and will continue to offer this opportunity every year.
