{"id":3014,"date":"2021-12-20T00:51:20","date_gmt":"2021-12-19T13:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/benefit-of-ai-in-proactive-road-infrastructure-safety-management-itf-findings-published\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:39:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:39:48","slug":"benefit-of-ai-in-proactive-road-infrastructure-safety-management-itf-findings-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/benefit-of-ai-in-proactive-road-infrastructure-safety-management-itf-findings-published\/","title":{"rendered":"Beneficios de la IA en la gesti\u00f3n proactiva de la seguridad de la infraestructura vial: Publicados hallazgos del ITF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conclusiones del Foro Internacional del Transporte (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itf-oecd.org\/\">ITF<\/a>) 187 Mesa redonda sobre inteligencia artificial (IA) en la gesti\u00f3n proactiva de la seguridad de la infraestructura vial se han publicado se\u00f1alando el importante potencial y papel de <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/project\/ai-rap\/\">AiRAP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La IA lleva al l\u00edmite el reconocimiento de patrones, superando las capacidades humanas, y podr\u00eda ser clave para identificar configuraciones de carreteras desconocidas propensas a accidentes y as\u00ed salvar vidas.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa redonda sobre IA de la ITF, celebrada en febrero de 2021, reuni\u00f3 a expertos de 33 organizaciones y 15 pa\u00edses para examinar y determinar los casos m\u00e1s relevantes para el uso de la inteligencia artificial en el contexto de la planificaci\u00f3n del transporte para la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes en toda la red vial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itf-oecd.org\/sites\/default\/files\/docs\/artificial-intelligence-road-infrastructure-safety-management.pdf\">El informe<\/a> Este documento resume las conclusiones de la mesa redonda y explora la posibilidad de utilizar la visi\u00f3n artificial para obtener informaci\u00f3n relevante, as\u00ed como la capacidad de los modelos inform\u00e1ticos para identificar zonas de alto riesgo. Se ofrecen recomendaciones a las partes interesadas sobre el desarrollo y el uso adecuado de soluciones de IA que salvan vidas.<\/p>\n<p>La IA facilita la gesti\u00f3n proactiva de la seguridad vial de dos maneras: mediante sensores y sistemas como la visi\u00f3n artificial, ayuda a recopilar datos sobre el estado de la infraestructura vial y los incidentes de tr\u00e1fico en toda la red de carreteras. Adem\u00e1s, mediante modelos predictivos, la IA aprende a identificar las zonas de la red con mayor riesgo de accidentes. En las regiones donde existen datos precisos y relevantes, la IA puede identificar de forma proactiva las zonas peligrosas, antes de que se produzcan accidentes.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, muchos consideran que la IA carece de la transparencia y la interpretabilidad de las predicciones propias de los modelos estad\u00edsticos tradicionales. Si bien la capacidad de procesamiento inform\u00e1tico est\u00e1 ampliamente disponible, lo que limita actualmente la IA es la disponibilidad de datos y de personal cualificado para supervisar el modelado. Los datos suelen ser escasos porque permanecen aislados en lugar de compartirse, y cabe destacar que la industria automotriz posee algunos de los datos m\u00e1s valiosos para la predicci\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>El informe recomienda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desarrollar un mercado competitivo para compartir y monetizar datos de tr\u00e1fico y movilidad.<\/li>\n<li>No espere a tener datos en tiempo real para elaborar mapas de riesgo.<\/li>\n<li>Exigir el intercambio de datos agregados de veh\u00edculos.<\/li>\n<li>Aprenda de otros campos y de las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para el intercambio de datos y la protecci\u00f3n de la privacidad.<\/li>\n<li>Apoyar la investigaci\u00f3n y la innovaci\u00f3n para lograr una IA confiable y explicable.<\/li>\n<li>Alinear las nuevas herramientas con objetivos pol\u00edticos precisos.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar nuevas habilidades e infraestructura digital.<\/li>\n<li>Aclarar los marcos regulatorios para la protecci\u00f3n de datos y la seguridad digital.<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1ar herramientas de mapeo de riesgos f\u00e1ciles de usar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La iniciativa de iRAP para la recopilaci\u00f3n y codificaci\u00f3n acelerada e inteligente de datos de atributos viales, conocida como <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/project\/ai-rap\/\">AiRAP<\/a> Se incluy\u00f3 en la Revisi\u00f3n de la Mesa Redonda y figura en el informe.<\/p>\n<p>AiRAP tiene el potencial de reducir el tiempo y el esfuerzo que requieren las evaluaciones de seguridad vial, reducir los costos por unidad de longitud de carretera, mejorar la precisi\u00f3n y poner a disposici\u00f3n datos para todas las carreteras del planeta.<\/p>\n<p>Para aprovechar este potencial, el objetivo principal de AiRAP es obtener datos sobre atributos de la carretera, flujo de tr\u00e1fico y velocidad siguiendo la &quot;especificaci\u00f3n global com\u00fan&quot; de iRAP, y mapear el rendimiento de seguridad y las calificaciones por estrellas.<\/p>\n<p>AiRAP incorpora los avances en inteligencia artificial, aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, sistemas de visi\u00f3n (urbana y a\u00e9rea), LIDAR, telem\u00e1tica y otras fuentes de datos.<\/p>\n<p>Los proveedores pueden proponer rutinas de traducci\u00f3n para convertir los datos recopilados por m\u00e1quinas en datos compatibles con iRAP, cuya conversi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 certificada por iRAP.
