{"id":2270,"date":"2020-11-05T14:14:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T03:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/coffee-and-connect-brings-rap-leads-together-to-save-lives\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:37:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:37:57","slug":"coffee-and-connect-brings-rap-leads-together-to-save-lives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/coffee-and-connect-brings-rap-leads-together-to-save-lives\/","title":{"rendered":"Coffee and Connect re\u00fane a los l\u00edderes de RAP para salvar vidas."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy, 57 responsables del Programa de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Carreteras de 34 pa\u00edses participaron en la primera sesi\u00f3n de &quot;Caf\u00e9 y Conexi\u00f3n&quot; de iRAP para compartir experiencias y recursos, y fomentar colaboraciones y amistades para el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>Los asistentes escucharon a representantes de los principales programas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n urbana (RAP, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) del mundo, como BrazilRAP, IndiaRAP y EuroRAP, quienes hablaron sobre sus actividades, \u00e9xitos, desaf\u00edos y pr\u00f3ximos pasos.<\/p>\n<p>Luiz Guilherme de Mello, director del Departamento Nacional de Transportes e Infraestructuras de Brasil (DNIT), responsable del proyecto BrazilRAP, comparti\u00f3 novedades sobre la mayor evaluaci\u00f3n iRAP jam\u00e1s realizada en Am\u00e9rica Latina, que actualmente se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo en 63.000 km utilizando proveedores y sistemas acreditados por iRAP.<\/p>\n<p>Lina Konstantinopoulou, Secretaria General de EuroRAP, felicit\u00f3 a los socios locales de toda la regi\u00f3n, cuyos 20 programas nacionales trabajan arduamente para eliminar las carreteras de alto riesgo en toda Europa.<\/p>\n<p>El director t\u00e9cnico de IndiaRAP, Jigesh Bhavsar, comparti\u00f3 las alianzas con Bloomberg y el Banco Mundial, as\u00ed como importantes relaciones con el gobierno, AITD y socios locales que han apoyado la consecuci\u00f3n de 21.000 km de evaluaciones de carreteras y mejoras completadas o en curso en 3.000 km.<\/p>\n<p>Los ponentes de iRAP tambi\u00e9n compartieron las herramientas, innovaciones, recursos, formaci\u00f3n y apoyo globales que la organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica proporciona para ayudar a los programas locales de respuesta a emergencias a lograr los mejores resultados posibles en materia de salvamento.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n se puede descargar. <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.irap.org\/Coffee_and_Connect\/Nov_2020_iRAP_Coffee_and_Connect_Presentation_BrazilRAP_IndiaRAP_EuroRAP.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a> y grabaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n <a href=\"http:\/\/seafile.irap.org\/f\/b71dd43892444889b815\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee and Connect es un foro importante para el desarrollo de capacidades y la mentor\u00eda, ya que los programas nacionales de respuesta a emergencias (RAP) elaboran sus estrategias y planes de acci\u00f3n para el Segundo Decenio de Acci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para reducir a la mitad las muertes y lesiones por accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito en todo el mundo para 2030.
