{"id":2190,"date":"2020-09-10T02:04:56","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T16:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T16:58:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T06:58:51","slug":"unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/","title":{"rendered":"Resumen del seminario web del UNRSC: El plan de diez pasos para una infraestructura vial m\u00e1s segura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 9 de septiembre, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.ch\/\">Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Carreteras<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/es\/\">iRAP<\/a>\u00a0organiz\u00f3 un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/en\/\">Colaboraci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Seguridad Vial (UNRSC)<\/a>\u00a0seminario web sobre el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/publications\/en\/\">Plan de diez pasos para una infraestructura vial m\u00e1s segura<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan de Diez Pasos fue elaborado por los socios del Grupo de Movilidad y Carreteras M\u00e1s Seguras del UNRSC para proporcionar un proceso claro para establecer sistemas, desarrollar capacidades y crear alianzas para apoyar la implementaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas sobre Tr\u00e1fico Vial y Se\u00f1ales y Marcas Viales y el logro de los objetivos del Plan de Diez Pasos.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf?ua=1\">Los Estados miembros de la ONU acordaron objetivos globales.<\/a>\u00a03 y 4 para carreteras nuevas y existentes m\u00e1s seguras.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan de Diez Pasos es un recurso clave para apoyar la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/74\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/99\/2020\/08\/Draft-Resolution-Road-Safety.pdf\">Segundo Decenio de Acci\u00f3n para la Seguridad Vial (2021-2030)<\/a>\u00a0que tiene como objetivo reducir a la mitad las muertes y lesiones para 2030. Actualmente, m\u00e1s de 1,35 millones de personas mueren y hasta 50 millones resultan heridas cada a\u00f1o, y el 90 % de estas v\u00edctimas se producen en pa\u00edses en desarrollo.
