iRAP and its partners have developed a suite of tools that use the\u00a0iRAP methodology\u00a0to support infrastructure safety management globally and locally.<\/p>\n

Tools developed with partners that use the iRAP methodology are RAP integrations or\u00a0Made Safer by iRAP<\/em>\u00a0apps. The iRAP methodology and related tools are overseen by the\u00a0Global Technical Committee (GTC)\u00a0and managed within the\u00a0Innovation Framework.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe tools support achievement of\u00a0Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)<\/a>,\u00a0the\u00a0Global Plan for Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021-2030<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Global Road Safety Performance Targets 3 and 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n

ViDA<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is iRAP\u2019s free-to-air online platform. It is the data processing engine for Star Ratings, FSI Estimates and Investment Plans, hosting data and analysing results, and the portal for iRAP\u2019s tools listed below.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

CycleRAP is an easy, affordable and fast method of evaluating road and bicycling infrastructure for safety. It aims to reduce crashes and improve safety specifically for bicyclists and other light mobility users by identifying high risk locations without the need for crash data.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

Crash Risk Mapping uses detailed crash data to show where fatal and serious injury crashes have occurred and where risk is highest across a road network.
